QuickBooks® Training: Eliminating The “Guesswork”
Large companies have entire departments to perform accounting functions. Small companies have to use existing staff to get the job done. I’ll train anyone on your staff to perform the tasks associated with maintaining your QuickBooks® solution. The individual tasks are not difficult; they can dovetail with other responsibilities. Once you assign the right people to the right tasks and I thoroughly train them, your system will run like clockwork.

QuickBooks® Virtual Guru
When I work virtually, this saves you money, since you don’t have to pay for my travel expenses. It also allows for more flexibility because you and I can look at the same file, at the same time, even though we’re in different locations. This is ideal for training purposes, since instead of having you look over my shoulder as I show you how to do something, you’re actually doing it yourself as I walk you through the process. There are several ways that I can work as your virtual guru:
- Through LogMeIn, where I literally “take over” your PC. You can watch me as I work—or not. It’s up to you.
- Through a secure desktop connection, where I’m given a username and password and can access your QuickBooks® software on my PC.
- Through a secure email portal where we send files back and forth.

QuickBooks® On-Site Services
The advantage of having me on site is that I look at much more than just QuickBooks®. I look at your processes and procedures and make recommendations from a systems standpoint. I’ll help create or refine your accounting department. By taking this holistic look at your operations, I’ll streamline processes so that everything runs more efficiently. I offer reasonably priced day rates, and clients pay for my travel and lodging. I’m willing to travel anywhere in the continental United States. In addition to Massachusetts, I currently serve clients in the following states: Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
